There is one queen bed and two sofa beds, so the space can accommodate up to 4 guests. The room is designed for 2 people by default, so it may feel a bit cramped with 3 to 4 guests. Please note: The sofa beds are a compact type, each 80 cm wide (semi-single size).

Parties and events are not permitted. To respect our neighbors, noise is strictly prohibited between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Commercial photography is allowed.

Our property has no staffed front desk. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. For arrival after 8:00 PM, please notify saun9ne@gmail.com in advance. For overnight stays, please follow your booking confirmation email and send information for every guest to saun9ne@gmail.com by the day before check-in. If your booking is confirmed the day before arrival or later, please submit it immediately after confirmation and before entering the property. After verifying the information, our staff will separately send entry instructions and the access code to the email address used for your booking. The automatic arrival-day email does not contain the access code. Entry is available from 4:00 PM only after verification and room preparation are complete. No specific check-out procedure is required. If you have any questions or have not received the instructions, please contact the address above.

The entire facility is non-smoking. Please refrain from using any devices or cooking methods that produce smoke or strong odors, as this may trigger the fire alarm. If smoking or prohibited use is detected, a full cleaning fee will be charged for deodorizing the room.

Toothbrushes, face and bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided. Please bring your own hairbrush, razor, sleepwear, and swimwear for sauna use.
